If you are not entirely satisfied, we offer a <strong>hassle-free return and refund process<\/strong> under the conditions outlined below.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Returns<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Our return policy spans <strong>7 days<\/strong> from the date of purchase. Unfortunately, if <strong>7 days<\/strong> have elapsed, we will be unable to offer a refund or exchange.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Eligibility for Returns:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Items must be <strong>unused<\/strong> and returned in their <strong>original packaging<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Returns are made <strong>at the customer\u2019s expense<\/strong> unless the item is damaged or defective.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A <strong>15% handling fee<\/strong> applies to all returned and ordered items.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Shipping costs are <strong>non-refundable<\/strong> unless the item is defective or damaged.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>To qualify for a refund, exchange, or store credit:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Items must be in new condition (no cracks, marks, missing parts, or dirt).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>For in-store purchases, items must be returned within 7 days with the original receipt.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Refund Method:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Refunds, including applicable taxes, will be processed using the <strong>original payment method<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Exclusions from Full Refund<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The following items are <strong>not eligible<\/strong> for refunds:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Open box items<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Items returned without prior notification<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Items returned after 7 days<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Capital equipment (items with serial numbers)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Clearance or <strong>Scratch &amp; Dent items<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Only <strong>regular-priced items<\/strong> qualify for refunds.
