Pipette filler bulbs have replaced unsafe mouth pipetting, by introducing a manual liquid aspiration transfer using simple squeezing and releasing action. Use this rubber bulb pipette filler to safely fill glass and plastic pipettes. The three\u2010valve design allows you to release air, draw liquid into the pipette and accurately release liquid. It works with all sizes of Mohrs, serological, or Bulb pipettes, except for 1ml and smaller plastic pipettes.
\nThe rubber bulb pipette filler is used to safely draw liquids into a pipette. One valve releases air, another draws in liquid, and the third regulates and releases the liquid. Made from natural rubber material. Will accommodate pipettes up to 50ml. Features a 1\/4-inch diameter opening. This filler eliminates the need for dangerous mouth pipetting. They are available in red colour.

\nOperation: 1. Insert the top of the pipette in the bottom. 2. Release air from the pipette filler by squeezing valve \u201cA\u201d on the top while simultaneously squeezing the bulb. The amount of air you release is dependent on the size of the pipette you are using\u2014 release more air for larger volume pipettes. 3. Insert the tip of the pipette into the liquid to be dispensed. Be careful not to draw liquid into the pipette filler. 5. Empty the pipette by squeezing valve \u201cE\u201d on the side\u2010tube. This allows you to release liquid at the desired rate and to the desired level. 6. It works best to fill the pipette past the zero mark on step 4 (valve \u201cS\u201d) and then draw the level down to the zero mark on step 6 (valve \u201cE\u201d). Once the pipette is filled to the level desired the contents can be dispensed using valve \u201cE\u201d.
