At Shrouds, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied, we offer a hassle-free return and refund process under the conditions outlined below.
Returns
Our return policy spans 7 days from the date of purchase. Unfortunately, if 7 days have elapsed, we will be unable to offer a refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns:
- Items must be unused and returned in their original packaging.
- Returns are made at the customer’s expense unless the item is damaged or defective.
- A 15% handling fee applies to all returned and ordered items.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is defective or damaged.
To qualify for a refund, exchange, or store credit:
- Items must be in new condition (no cracks, marks, missing parts, or dirt).
- For in-store purchases, items must be returned within 7 days with the original receipt.
Refund Method:
- Refunds, including applicable taxes, will be processed using the original payment method.
Exclusions from Full Refund
The following items are not eligible for refunds:
- Open box items
- Items returned without prior notification
- Items returned after 7 days
- Capital equipment (items with serial numbers)
- Clearance or Scratch & Dent items
Only regular-priced items qualify for refunds. Clearance items are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you require an exchange, please:

Return Shipment
- Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless Shrouds is at fault.
- Follow the return instructions provided with your Return Authorization Number.
- Additional shipping fees may apply if items are returned to an incorrect address.
Important Note: We recommend insuring all returned items against loss or damage during shipping.
Canceled Orders on Capital Goods
- Capital equipment includes items with serial numbers. These items are covered by a 1-year guarantee from the sale date.
- Canceled orders or incorrect orders will incur a 15% handling charge.
Defective or Damaged Items
